Refund Policy

    We want you to love your Seŕra piece. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@theserraco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be:

·         In perfect, new-like, resalable condition
·         Unused and unworn
·         Returned with all original packaging (including box and dust bag)
·         With all protective films intact on hardware

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns for items that are:

·         Scratched, worn, or damaged
·         Missing any part of the original packaging
·         Without dust bags, tags, or protective film

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within
14 business days. Seŕra reserves the right to deny any refund if the item is found to be damaged, used, or returned without its original packaging or protective films.
