Shipping Policy

At Serra, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.

• Order Processing:
  Orders placed on working days are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• Order Confirmation & Tracking:
  After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp with details of your items. Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email only.
• Delivery Timeline:
  Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Charges:
  Our standard shipping rate is PKR 250. Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be applied automatically at checkout.
• Delivery Delays:
  While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistical issues, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
